Eustaquia Landa, RL
Ms. Landa has served in the UP library services for over 29 years. As head librarian, she is in charge of the Asian Center library's main activities and operations, including the management of the collection, and the acquisition and cataloguing of books. She obtained her Bachelor degree in Accounting in 1984 and her Master in Library Science in 1995.
Ms. Guimba is taking up her MA in Library Science at the School of Library and Information Sciences at the University of the Philippines. She obtained her librarian's license in 2008.
A BA Art Studies major, Ms. Frayna is helping in the general services of the Asian Center library.
Mary Faith Rayel
Ms. Rayel is an Administrative Assistant assigned to help in the technical and user eduation services of the Asian Center library. She is a graduate of Bachelor of Elementary Education.
Mr Katigbak assists in various activities and projects of the Asian Center library.
The Asian Center offers M.A. degrees in Asian Studies with four fields of specialization: Northeast Asia, Southeast Asia, South Asia, and West Asia. The Center also has an M.A. program in Philippine Studies that allows students to major in Philippine society and culture, Philippine foreign relations, or Philippine development studies. The Center offers a Ph.D. program in Philippine Studies in conjunction with the College of Arts and Letters and the College of Social Sciences and Philosophy.
