Wherever I am, the world comes after me.
It offers me its busyness. It does not believe that I do not want it.
Now I understand
why the old poets of China went so far
and high
into the mountains, then crept into the pale mist.

The UP Diliman Asian Center alumni held a General Assembly on 28 January 2023, its first  since the pandemic. Noting the need for a strong organization that will partner with the Asian Center, the alumni who attended the hybrid activity relaunched the AC alumni association under the new name, Asian Center Alumni Association (ACAA), as required by the Security and Exchange Commission. In line with the other SEC registration requirement, the alumni also reviewed and updated the rules and bylaws of the association that previously went by the name of Alumni, Friends, and Benefactors of the Asian Center (AFBAC).
