Seven MA  and nine PhD graduates were conferred their degrees in the first ever virtual Recognition Ceremonies of the UP Asian Center and the Tri-College PhD Philippine Studies Program.

           The Japan Foundation Manila is offering free online screenings of six Japanese films from 22-26 July for the “Japan Film Week 2020. The film screenings are available on a “first come, first served” basis due to limited slots.

The Tri-College PhD Philippine Studies Program and the UP Asian Center are pleased to announce their distinguished guests of honor for their respective online recognition programs on 26 July 2020. Dr. Jaime Z. Galvez Tan for the Tri-College’s and Professor Caroline Hau for the UP Asian Center’s.

Check out these free online classes on Bahasa Indonesia in A1, A1+, A2 and B1 levels. The classes will be conducted via Zoom and will run from 20 July until 14 December 2020.

A Zoom webinar, Inclusive Education for Filipino Children on the Move: Making the Invisible Visible, will be held on Friday, 31 July 2020, 2 p.m. (GMT +8, Manila Time). The webinar is free and open to the public, but online registration is required.
