The UP Asian Center will launch—via Zoom—a permanent exhibit titled "Bulwagan ng mga Bayani: Alay, Alaala, at Pagpupugay sa mga Bayani ng Pilipinas" on 21 March 2022, 3 pm.

For International Women’s Day this 2022, we pay tribute to a pioneering scholar—Dr. Josefa Saniel—who blazed the trail for Japanese Studies in the Philippines in the 1960s. 

The Asian Center, University of the Philippines Diliman is looking for one (1) graduate assistant in the Dean's Office for the Second Semester AY 2021  - 2022.

Two students of the Asian Center, University of the Philippines Diliman will be presenting their research on 5 March 2022, the first day of a  symposium, “Evolving Perspectives on China and Chinese,” hosted by the Philippine Association for Chinese Studies. 

The Asian Center, University of the Philippines Diliman will be taking part in an online roundtable, “Global Networks for Asian Studies,” on 2 March 2022, 6:00 pm–7:30 pm Eastern Standard Time, United States. Registration required.
