The UP Asian Center will host the online roundtable “The Israel-Hamas War: Views from Southeast Asia” on 2 December 2023, Saturday, 3 PM, PST (GMT+8), via Zoom. The event is free and open to the public, but registration is required.

The UP Asian Center, together with the Areté and Tanghalang Ateneo of Ateneo De Manila University, will host a cultural performance, “Pesta Igal: A Celebration of Sama Dance and Music” on 22 November 2023, Wednesday, 7:00 PM (GMT+8) at the Hyundai Hall, Areté, Ateneo de Manila University. The show will go on despite the transport strike. The event is free and open to the public.

The UP Asian Center will hold The Asia Concert with the theme, “Rasa Asia” on 26 November 2023, Sunday, 7:00 PM (GMT+8) at the GT-Toyota Auditorium, Asian Center, UP Diliman. The event is open to the public. Tickets are priced at PhP 200 each, available for pre-order. Seating is first-come, first-served.

The UP Asian Center will host the webinar, “China’s Economy in Long-term Perspective” on 21 November 2023, 9 AM, GMT+8 (20 November 2023, 8 PM, EST) via Zoom. The event is free and open to the public. Registration is required.

The UP Asian Center, together with the Embassy of Japan, the UP Center for International Studies, and  will host the theater production, “Rakugo in English” on 23 November 2023, Thursday, 6:00 PM (GMT+8) at the GT-Toyota Auditorium, Asian Center, Diliman. The event is free and open to the public.
