The UP Asian Center and the Japan Foundation Manila will hold—via Zoom—the 4th Japanese Studies in the Philippines Research Competition” on 19 March 2022, 8:30 am – 2 pm, Philippine Standard Time, GMT+8.

For International Women’s Day this 2022, we pay tribute to a pioneering scholar—Dr. Josefa Saniel—who blazed the trail for Japanese Studies in the Philippines in the 1960s. 

The Asian Center, University of the Philippines Diliman is looking for one (1) graduate assistant in the Dean's Office for the Second Semester AY 2021  - 2022.

Two students of the Asian Center, University of the Philippines Diliman will be presenting their research on 5 March 2022, the first day of a  symposium, “Evolving Perspectives on China and Chinese,” hosted by the Philippine Association for Chinese Studies.
