    The UP Asian Center is co-hosting the Trans-Pacific Sustainability Dialogue 2025 on 10 November 2025 at the Makati Shangri-La Hotel and 11 November 2025 at the GT-Toyota Asian Center Auditorium, 9 AM - 5 PM, PHT (Manila Time). Carlos as the Center's new adjunct professor from June to January 2026. A Doctor of Economics and a Professor at the Ryukoku University Graduate School of International Studies in Kyoto, Japan,  Dr. Carlos joins the Center bringing her rich academic and professional background, which spans multiple countries and disciplines.
